- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative position (exclusively OUTBOUND)
- Selling solutions similar to ours - marketing performance tools
- Experience using BANT methodology
- Fluent in English C1-C2 (this will be your primary mode of communication with the clients and us).
- Proficiency in a second language (preferably Italian, Spanish, German, or French) is a plus.
Let’s Talk About Your Skill Set:
- You thrive in the prospecting part of sales.
- You’re comfortable making 50-100 dials per day, calling is your preferred channel for prospecting
- Weekly quotas and targets motivate you, and you excel at meeting them.
- You have experience in sales research and are all about personalization in your written communications
- You consider yourself tech-savvy and are familiar with sales technologies.
- You understand sales qualifications and have experience using BANT methodology
- You’re a hunter by nature but always have your team's interests at heart.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Finding sales leads and ensuring they meet our criteria.
- Finding and developing new markets while improving sales strategies.
- Actively searching for business opportunities.
- Utilizing our sales CRM (HubSpot) to maintain pipelines and sequences.
- Developing a network of contacts through LinkedIn and social selling to attract new clients.
