🫢 TL;DR—Here's How Our Sales Process Works:
- Identifying Contacts: You’ll research and find the relevant contacts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Passing the Leads: You’ll pass these qualified leads to our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), who will take the next steps.
- Prospecting: The SDRs will reach out to prospects to generate interest and collect more information.
- Qualification: After that, the leads will be handed to our Account Executives or Sales Managers, who will qualify them further.
- Client Support: Once they become clients, our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will take care of them and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
🤔 What You’ll Do:
- Lead Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential companies that could benefit from our services and compile comprehensive profiles.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads by finding and qualifying prospects through various channels, including social media platforms, industry publications, and databases.
- Information Gathering: Collect important information about target companies and their needs to provide the Business Development Representative (BDR) team with the insights needed for effective outreach.
- Support BDRs: Equip our BDRs with relevant data and context to enhance their cold calling and cold emailing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target markets and effective strategies for lead acquisition.
😏 What We Need From You:
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency is essential for coordination with our team.
- Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a hunger for identifying new opportunities and driving results.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
